By Staff Reporter

Polokwane – In the world of possibilities beyond measure, Limpopo, South Africa and the world is celebrating a new global shining star, Pearl Mathebula (17) from a dusty village of Kotishing. Pearl has been crowned Miss Teen Model International 2025 at a dazzling international pageantry in Lima, Peru and her hometown Polokwane welcomed her in style. All she can say is that ‘Black child, it is all possible’.

‘…And the winner is…Pearl Mathebula from South Africa’, these are the utterances that will forever ring a bell in Pearl’s mind as she cherishes this lifetime moment with both shockwave and enthusiasm.

Pearl told Limpopo Insider in an exclusive interview that though the competition was tight, she believed in the possibilities, and she endured through those possibilities.

The event enticed international models from all corners of the world to contest for the title, but only one winner had to take over, and well…Pearl did.

Her success as Miss Teenager South Africa 2024, the 17-year-old’s first formal title after starting modelling at the age of 14, is being repeated with this victory.

The Limpopo born beauty pageant is living her dreams and is hoping to serve as an inspiration to her youth counterpart.

“I hope this will inspire youth and make them realize that they are beautiful in their own way, they should remain true to themselves and be confident enough to know that they will make it despite their background” Pearl told Limpopo Insider.

The Limpopo queen hopes to get sufficient support in her adventure of establishing Pearl Mathebula Foundation, the entity that seeks to improve the lives of young people through academic support programs.
